Quality training for Air filters

Filters quality is the best spokeman for our company, EJT filters. 

For better quality, We planned to hold 4 classes to train our employees regularly. 

They are for Air filters Department, Cabin filters Department, Pleating Department and Packing Department.

We had the first class for Air filters Department yesterday.

First, our engineer Zhao summarized some problems that occured before,  to remind our new employees to avoid the same problems.

Then,  Zhao explained our drawings format clearly, teaching our employees to pay more attention on every detail on the drawings.

At the end, some workers asked some questions, and Zhao answered carefully. 

Our Production Manager Yang summarized the class, he said, the class is to wake up the concious of every worker to put QUALITY at the first place, every filter through their hands will play big role in the side of our customers.

Through the class, my colleagues feel that they have learned more, and will implement the knowledge to their working.

The following 3 classes will be held in next weeks as schedule.

Truly, the quality in one company is the most important.

Not only QC ( quality control ) team bears the responsibility of quality, but also every worker on the production lines has the responisibility to offer the best filters for our customers. 

We are striving to do the best!
